1. Subscription Plans / 구독 플랜

LunaWave offers subscription-based plans only. There are no one-time luna purchases.

LunaWave는 구독제로만 운영됩니다. 단건 루나 충전은 없습니다.

2. Subscription Cancellation / 구독 해지

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  대시보드에서 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
• After cancellation, no further charges will be made from the next billing cycle.
  해지 후 다음 달부터 결제가 발생하지 않습니다.
• Your remaining lunas are usable until the end of the current billing period.
  현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 남은 루나를 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. Refund Conditions / 환불 조건

• Condition 1: Within 14 days of the payment date.
  결제일로부터 14일 이내일 것.
• Condition 2: Zero luna usage since the payment. Not even one luna has been used.
  결제 이후 루나를 1개도 사용하지 않았을 것.

4. How Refunds Are Processed / 환불 처리 방법

All payments are processed through PortOne (NHN KCP), our authorized payment provider. Refunds are processed automatically via the PortOne API, and the admin team is notified upon each refund request.

모든 결제는 PortOne (NHN KCP)을 통해 처리됩니다. 환불은 PortOne API를 통해 자동으로 처리되며, 환불 요청 시 관리자에게 알림이 전송됩니다.

• Refund processing time: 3-7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  환불 처리 기간: 은행/카드사에 따라 영업일 기준 3~7일 소요됩니다.
• The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
  환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 반환됩니다.
