If you are not satisfied with LunaWave for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
2. What This Covers
- Pro Subscription: Full refund within 14 days of payment.
- Luna Credit Purchases: Full refund within 14 days of payment.
- Free Plan: No payment, no refund needed.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). Refunds are handled directly by Paddle and will be returned to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time: typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed.

5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
